Brian Prescott
Managing Director
Has over 20 years experience working with some of the finest travel & tourism brands in the world. Brian has held senior strategy, marketing, development, consulting & general management roles with InterContinental Hotels Group most recently as Director of Strategy; American Express Europe; East Midlands Tourist Board; Forte Hotels & Pannell Kerr Forster Associates. He holds an MBA from Warwick Business School and is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute & a Member of the Institute of Business Consulting.
Sarah Prescott
Creative Director
Responsible for the creative side of the business, Sarah contributes her colour, layout and visual impact skills to the company's web developments. With a BA from the renowned Central St Martin's College, London and a career spanning freelance illustration (including international tourism clients) and design for World's End Tiles, you're probably a lot more familiar with her work than you imagine!
Rob Baldry
Seabrook Marketing
Rob cut his teeth out of University in a marketing role within the retail travel sector. He then moved on the join the marketing team that launched the Legoland theme park in Windsor, which at that time was the most successful launch ever of a visitor attraction in the UK. He later moved into the hospitality sector, with the Regal Hotel Group, then the 3rd largest in the UK. As Head of Marketing, he took the group through the rebranding to become Corus Hotels, and implemented their foray into the world of e-marketing. Following a spell as Director of Sales and Marketing for a small UK group of luxury hotels, Rob set up Seabrook Marketing in June 2006.
Roy Prescott
Senior Designer
Roy is Brightspark's corporate identity specialist and executes much of our design work for start-ups and redevelopments. Trained in Manchester where he is now based, Roy has a background of nearly two decades of graphic design work with respected London agencies Atkinson Duckett and Hildebrand. With an impressive freelance portfolio including clients as diverse as the Metropolitan Police and the Financial Times, he brings outstanding strength to Brightspark's formidable design arsenal.
Simon Stringer

A highly experienced brand director with proven ability to create value from brands in service-led businesses. Simon has over 20 years experience, working at senior level in brands management and marketing within the UK and internationally with respected hospitality brands, including Holiday Inn, InterContinental Hotels and Bass Leisure Retail. He is a specialist in defining, developing and managing service led brands to maximise their financial value to organisations
Tracy Murray
Associate
Tracy's main strengths are in revenue management and sales and marketing where he has a successful track record both at the hotel and corporate level. As Manager, Operations Development, UK and Ireland for InterContinental Hotels Group, he was responsible for many aspects of the re-branding of Posthouse Hotels to Holiday Inn including the transition of property management, central reservation and global distribution systems. He was Pricing Manager for Posthouse Hotels where he introduced a number of key pricing reforms and disciplines. As Sales Development Manager Posthouse Hotels, he was a key member of the senior management team responsible for revenues of over £300 million.
